The Property
The property can be found at the North end of Leatherhead High Street. An imposing building in a conservation area consisting of 17 rooms of varying size, and a vaulted ceiling hall (with large stage) to seat 165.

The first and second floor each contain a kitchenette and accessible WC. The building was constructed in 1892 by its donor Abraham Dixon (see history section).
